This Games Privacy Policy covers the games published by Grey State Development (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including HoloCraft Arena, on Google Play and any other store or platform (“our games”). It explains what our games collect, what stays on your device, and what changes if a game adds online features. For our website, see our Privacy Policy.
The Short Version
Our games do not collect personal information. Unless a game tells you otherwise as described in “Games With Online Features” below, our games have no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and make no network requests. What you save while playing stays on your device.
What Our Games Collect
Nothing. Our games do not collect personal information, send it to us, store it on our servers, or share it with anyone.
What Stays on Your Device
Our games save your settings, progress, and any names you choose in the game (such as a pilot callsign), along with choices like colors and your last match setup. This data is kept in the game’s own storage on your device so it is there the next time you play. It never leaves your device through our games, we cannot see it, and it is removed when you uninstall the game.
Your device or app store may back up app data under your own device settings (for example, Android backup to your Google account). That backup is handled by the platform provider under its privacy policy, not by us.
Children
Our games do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Games With Online Features
This section applies only to a game that offers online play, accounts, advertising, in-app purchases, analytics, or crash reporting. Before a game with any of these features is released, its store listing (including the Data safety section on Google Play) and a notice inside the game will list what it collects, why, and which service providers handle it. That game-specific notice is part of this policy for that game.
- Online play and accounts. A game may process a player name, an account or device identifier, and gameplay data needed to run matches and leaderboards. Game servers also process your IP address to connect you.
- In-app purchases. Payments are handled by the app store (such as Google Play). We receive a purchase confirmation and order ID so we can deliver what you bought. We never receive your full payment details.
- Advertising. Ad partners may use your device’s advertising ID to show and measure ads. You can reset or limit this ID in your device settings, and we will ask for your consent where the law requires it.
- Analytics and crash reporting. A game may collect your device model, operating system version, crash logs, and gameplay events so we can fix bugs and improve the game.
For these games, we use personal information only to provide the features you use, we do not sell it, and we keep it only as long as the feature needs it. You can ask us to access or delete it at any time.
Your Choices and Rights
You can remove everything a game has saved by uninstalling it. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information a game with online features holds about you, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us using the details below and tell us which game you play.
Security
When a game does handle personal information, we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to This Policy
If a game update changes what that game collects, we will update this policy or the game’s notice before that version is released, and change the effective date above.
