Why Do I Need This?
Real Estate Developers, Architects and other entrepreneurs alike know the difficulties of securing investment for their ventures. Ever heard the term, “Seeing is believing”? The architectural visualizations allow potential investors to see, walk through and experience the finished product before its even built. We provide rapid proof of concepts (POC’s) to our clients to show in Virtual Reality or Augmented Reality to in private meetings, seminars, outings and events.
Virtual Reality is the next big cutting edge technology which allows its users to experience many different worlds and other environments realistically. Providing total immersion, VR is a great solution to pitching new ideas and selling dreams before they are even created.
Rapid Prototyping
We provide an efficient service to our clients. We work at an average rate of 1750 sq. ft. per week. A regular Modern home rendering, programming and QA (quality assurance) takes 1.5 weeks to complete, depending on the size and other specifics of the design.

We render out every stage of a building necessary, Interior, Exterior and Landscaping. We can do each individually, or all together.

How It Works?
After the architect completes the designs, they hand off their blueprints and/or CAD files to us. We then iterate the design into a 3D virtual world, with proper interior and exterior finishes. We program door, drawer and cabinet functionalities and connect the experience to a Virtual Reality headset, which will provide a 100% total immersion. Lastly, we run the application through rigorous testing and debugging to make sure it is rock solid and no bugs will be present during our clients demonstration. We provide the build out to the client along with training on how to use, and how to instruct others to use this technology.
