Real-time 3D and XR training demos for I/ITSEC exhibitors

A training and simulation product is hard to judge from a slide. Evaluators want to try it, and the real system cannot come to the show. We build real-time 3D and XR demonstrations that let them do exactly that, running offline and ready for a long exhibit hall day.

The problem

Why training demos fall flat on a show floor

The product is a capability. A booth has a screen and a few square feet.

The system cannot come to the floor

The real trainer, vehicle, or system is too large, too sensitive, or too busy to bring. Evaluators get slides.

Evaluators want to try it

Program offices and primes judge a training product by using it. A video asks them to trust you instead.

Sensitive detail has to stay out

A demo has to convince without exposing what should stay protected.

What we build

What we build for training and simulation exhibitors

Interactive digital twins of systems

A working 3D model of a system or vehicle that evaluators can open up, operate, and run through scenarios, on a touchscreen or in a headset.

XR training prototypes

VR and AR training scenarios built in Unity, with hand tracking, so evaluators can feel the training experience before a full program exists.

Representative models, not controlled detail

A simplified or representative model can show how a product works without exposing what should stay protected. We decide the fidelity with you first.

Offline and NDA first

Demos run fully offline, and NDAs are standard before any drawing is shared.

Southern California has a deep aerospace and defense base, including the Antelope Valley and Palmdale. Grey State is based in the Los Angeles area, within driving distance of that work, so an in-person working session is easy to arrange.

Questions

What people ask before booking.

What do you build for I/ITSEC exhibitors?

Real-time 3D and XR demonstrations for training and simulation companies: interactive digital twins, VR and AR training prototypes, and scenario viewers evaluators can operate. We start from what an evaluator needs to feel in the first few minutes.

Can the demo run in a locked-down or offline setting?

Yes. Demos run fully offline, so they do not depend on show-floor networks or cloud services.

How much detail do you need from us?

We build to what you can share with us. NDAs are standard, and a representative model is often enough to show how a system behaves.

What does it cost?

Interactive kiosks and exhibit pieces typically start at $35,000 for a single station, and the price grows with the amount of content and hardware. We give you a real range on the first call.

How early should we start?

As early as you can. Exhibitor and freight deadlines land well before opening day, so we plan backward from them. Tell us the show date and we will tell you honestly whether it is realistic.

Is this an official I/ITSEC page?

No. This page is independent. Grey State Development is not affiliated with I/ITSEC 2026 or its organizer, and the show name is used here only to say who the page is for. Dates and location come from public listings, so confirm them on the organizer’s site.
